ACETECH ELITE
Our products are modular and have plug and play functionality. ACETECH™ ELITE is a combination of our ACETECH™ ECU and ACETECH™ AVL.

Our ACETECH™ Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is available as multiplex or standalone and conservatively replaces up to 40% of the wiring needs of hard wired vehicles. The ECU is programmable utilizing CAN (Controller Area Network) SAEJ1939/ISO11898 protocol. Control panels are very flexible in design. Battery monitoring/management is exceptional.

Our system has the ability to read all CAN messages from the base vehicle. Diagnostics are built in and accessible remotely by GPRS or GSM.

Our ACETECH™ Auto Vehicle Logging (AVL) allows for both satellite tracking of vehicles and activity logging. The customer can choose many parameters to track such as battery voltage, vehicle speed, ignition idle, acceleration/deceleration and reporting can be tailored to many requirements. ACETECH ECU


The ACETECH™ programmable ECU (Electronic Control Unit) is a family of Controller Area Network (CAN) controlled units available in configurable and expandable options with multiplex and standalone capabilities. Each system consists of a fully programmable Solid State Relay (SSR) control board incorporating the CPU (Central Processing Unit) and up to 8 switch panels. All switch panels, inputs and outputs can be programmed to meet customer requirements such as time delays, latching functionality and progressive switching. PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), momentary, super imposing, multi point for On/Off switching are all available.

Priority level settings can be implemented for battery management which is programmable via user friendly front end windows based software.  A unique Pre-check of systems will switch through all systems at programmed time intervals to ensure correct operation of all electrical equipment. All circuits are individually protected from overload, short circuits and/or reverse polarity by intelligent circuit sensing technology. Each circuit incorporates an LED display to indicate operation of input and output commands.

The ACETECH™ family of products have full remote diagnostics and system configuration capabilities via GPRS or GSM technology. Vehicles need to be interfaced with the ACETECH™ AVL communication technology for this functionality. Data recording and incident recording is also available through ACETECH™ AVL.

ACETEC - AVL


The ACETECH™ AVL allows for both satellite tracking of vehicles and activity logging. A small tracking unit is installed in the vehicle. This powerful unit when combined with the ACETECH™ ECU can read all vehicle CAN (controller area network) messages. This data can then be transmitted live by GPRS or GSM and/or can log the data for later download.  Information requirements are typically Live Fleet Information, Vehicle Events Monitoring, Battery Monitoring and Driver Behaviour.

Reporting is tailored to customer requirements and is very powerful. Examples of reports are journey historical replay, journey details, events occurrence (999, handbrake, etc), events duration, over speed, battery level and fleet utilisation. This is a powerful device for drivers, control rooms and fleet managers.
